Where do you ship?

We are currently shipping Australia wide!

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the size and details of your order. Shipping times may vary slightly during peak periods, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shiped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your shipment's progress right to your doorstep.

What is the refund policy?

We can not offer refunds for change of mind, as many of our items are made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and make it right.
